Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for an IT Helpdesk Support Specialist, located in Kuala Lumpur. The role involves providing first-line technical support, troubleshooting IT issues, and resolving hardware and software problems. Responsibilities include performing network administration tasks, ensuring network security, and offering exceptional customer service to address users technical concerns. The IT Helpdesk Support Specialist will also assist with installation, configuration, and the maintenance of IT systems and tools.

Qualifications
  • Proficiency in Network Administration and troubleshooting hardware and software issues.
  • Sufficient knowledge in Information Technology, including system configurations and installation.
  • Understanding of Network Security practices and protocols to ensure system safety.
  • Strong Customer Service orientation with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • A Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related fields is required.
  • At least 4 years of experience in IT helpdesk support or a similar role.
  • Certifications such as ITIL, CompTIA A+, or Network+ are advantageous.
