Support the implementation of new solutions or applications.
Assist in ad-hoc IT related projects
Working knowledge and expertise with a variety of software , hardware and applications.
Good understanding of mobile devices and other tech products.
Knowledge on both MS Windows and Mac OS X environments.
Strong oral and written communication skills . Ability to translate end-users requirements. Ability to clear communicate, interpret, explain technical concept, to technical and non- technical users at various levels.
