Job Description

  • Provide general helpdesk support and installation support for hardware , software, mobile device, computer.
  • Diagnose and troubleshoot technical issues including account set -up.
  • Walk through with users to resolve their technical issues.
  • Manage ticketing system
  • Manage and update in IT asset records
  • Support the implementation of new solutions or applications.
  • Assist in ad-hoc IT related projects
  • Working knowledge and expertise with a variety of software , hardware and applications.
  • Good understanding of mobile devices and other tech products.
  • Knowledge on both MS Windows and Mac OS X environments.
  • Strong oral and written communication skills . Ability to translate end-users requirements. Ability to clear communicate, interpret, explain technical concept, to technical and non- technical users at various levels.
  • Mandarin and Cantonese Language is a MUST.
