Duties and Responsibilities

  • End User Support at all levels
  • Daily IT Operations with the Service Desk and the wider IT Team
  • Administering the various systems in use
  • Performing required maintenance on systems and infrastructure
  • Assisting with governance and compliance tasks as required
  • Working with in-region colleagues to develop a localised Continuous Improvement Programme
  • Ad-Hoc IT related tasks as required

Specific Skills, Knowledge and Experience required
  • Microsoft technology stack:
    • Azure/Intune/Entra
    • Active Directory
    • O365
    • Server OS
    • Storage Spaces Direct
  • Virtualization Technologies
  • Firewall and Network Infrastructure administration

  • Backup and Recovery Technologies
  • Knowledge of Information Security best practices, ISO27001 and SOC2
  • Solid Experience working on an IT Service Desk
  • Ability to work under own supervision and timetable
