We are looking for an experienced IT Infrastructure & Services Manager to oversee infrastructure operations, service delivery, and technology risk within a highly regulated environment. This role combines strategic planning with hands-on operational leadership across enterprise infrastructure and security domains.
Key Responsibilities
- Take ownership of enterprise infrastructure operations (network, servers, cloud, workplace, and security)
- Drive IT service management excellence across incident, change, and problem management
- Lead infrastructure transformation initiatives, including cloud adoption and automation
- Ensure business continuity & disaster recovery readiness, with regular testing and improvements
- Work closely with security, risk, and audit teams to ensure compliance and governance standards
Job Requirements
- 8–12 years of experience in IT infrastructure & operations, with leadership exposure
- Strong experience in managing security operations within an enterprise environment
- Hands-on experience with key security tools and platforms (e.g., SIEM, WAF, EDR/MDR, Proxy)
- Proven ability to lead and manage infrastructure or security teams
- Familiar with ITIL/ITSM practices and service management tools
- Experience in regulated environments (financial services is a strong advantage)
