MAIN PURPOSE OF ROLE
Performs entry-level professional business support/administrative work, gradually increasing in level of difficulty and responsibility as on-the-job/formal training is received.
Main Responsibilities
- Assist in gathering and documenting business needs, user requirements, and process flows
- Support analysis of current vs future-state business processes
- Help maintain requirements documentation, meeting notes, and basic business cases
- Participate in workshops, stakeholder meetings, and system walkthroughs
- Support It projects by tracking timelines, deliverables, and action items
- Assist with documentation related to IT policies, compliance, and quality standards.
- Follow established IT standards, methodologies, and change management processes
- Identify opportunities for process improvement and efficiency.
Qualifications
- Currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Information Technology/Computer Science/Business Information Systems or related disciplines
- Understanding of IT systems and applications, business processes and Microsoft tools are required
- Strong analytical and problem-solving mindset
- Clear verbal and written communication skills
- Willingness to learn and take feedback
- Ability to work collaboratively with technical and non-technical teams
