Responsibilities

  • System Enhancements: Participate in the evaluation and implementation of IT solutions that streamline inventory tracking, replenishment, and reporting processes.
  • Data Analysis: Analyze inventory data to identify trends, discrepancies, and opportunities for process optimization. Generate reports and dashboards to present findings.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including procurement, logistics, and finance, to ensure alignment between inventory management and overall business objectives.
  • Process Documentation: Document standard operating procedures and best practices for inventory management processes, incorporating IT tools and methodologies.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT or any related field
  • Strong analytical skills and structured problem solving
  • Good written and oral communication skills
  • Strong team player
