Merchant Support and Software Enhancement:

•⁠ ⁠Assist merchants with the configuration and input of e-menu products and software functionalities based on their unique requirements. Respond to merchant queries, if any.

•⁠ ⁠Solicit and gather feedback from merchants on system performance, functionality, and usability.

•⁠ ⁠Work closely with the development team to implement software enhancements and address reported issues, delivering high-quality support.

System Software and Hardware Installation & Deployment:

•⁠ ⁠Collaborate with merchants to tailor software solutions to their specific needs.

•⁠ ⁠Provide comprehensive tutorials to merchants, ensuring a deep understanding of the system's functionalities.

•⁠ ⁠Continuously engage with merchants to identify opportunities for enhancing and customizing software to optimize their business processes.

•⁠ ⁠Proactively detect and troubleshoot system issues, delivering timely feedback and solutions for resolution.

•⁠ ⁠Fluent in Malay and English (Knowing Chinese is a plus)

•⁠ ⁠Knowledge of software and hardware is a plus
