The IT Intern - Project Support will support the S/4HANA transformation program by assisting with master data activities, documenting business processes, preparing data for migration, and coordinating with project stakeholders. This internship provides hands-on exposure to enterprise ERP environments, allowing the intern to learn about core business processes, data governance practices, system integration, and business requirement documentation. The role is designed to build foundational knowledge and practical experience for a future career in systems, digital transformation, or IT business analysis.

Internship intake: March/April 2026

Internship duration: 6 months

What You'll Do

Hands-On Exposure in Master Data Management & Data Cleansing (S/4HANA Migration)

• Support master data cleansing activities prior to S/4HANA migration.
• Validate data accuracy, completeness, and consistency between legacy systems (ECC) and S/4HANA.
• Identify duplicate, obsolete, or inconsistent master data.
• Assist in data extraction, transformation validation, and reconciliation activities.
• Support data uploads, validations, and checks before and after system migration.
• Learn how data governance works by helping document data standards and best practices.

Learn How Business Processes Come to Life

• Document how business processes work today (AsIs) and how they will work in the future (ToBe).
• Assist with preparing business and system requirement documents.
• Support the creation and updating of simple process guides and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
• Get exposure to how teams improve processes during a digital transformation.

Stakeholder Coordination & Business Support

• Work closely with teams such as Finance, Procurement, Supply Chain, and HR.
• Track action items, follow up on data checks, and support daytoday project activities.
• Sit in and support workshops, discussions, and data review sessions with business users.

What We're Looking For

• Open for students looking for mandatory or voluntary internship placement or interested students up to their final year in their program.
• Currently pursuing Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Business IT or related
• Minimum attachment period of 6 months.
• Exposure to ERP systems (SAP ECC / S/4HANA) or data-related tasks is an advantage
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Good communication and presentation skills.
• Self-motivated with a willingness to learn.
• Willing to be based at Bandar Enstek, Negeri Sembilan.
