EZSVS is a large global company providing full lifecycle data center construction services to global internet companies, ODM/OEM server manufacturers, operators, and other customers. Our Southeast Asia headquarters is located in Singapore, with branch offices in Malaysia, Thailand, and Indonesia.

About the Trainee Program

The Technical Management Trainee Program at EZSVS is a salaried training program designed to develop future technical management talent for our data center projects. If selected to participate in the program, you will undergo a three-month salaried training at our training center in Malaysia. The program will help candidates to quickly get acquainted with project operations and build a solid foundation to become a technical manager. Through the Technical Management Trainee Program, EZSVS aims at creating a pool of talented technical managers for future development. We will provide you with the skills and experience you need to become a future technical manager.

Program Details:

Theoretical Training course:

- Gain in-depth industry knowledge through carefully designed training courses.

- Learn the latest industry standards, best practices and advanced technologies in data center operations and maintenance.

Practical Rotational Internship :

After the theoretical training, you will participate in a rotational internship on real projects, gaining hands-on experience in various roles.

-Rotate through different roles such as cabling, delivery, oversea data center maintenance, and management.

- Gain a comprehensive understanding of the various functions of a data center.

Transfer to Full-time Engineer :

At the end of the three-month training, high performing interns will be offered a full-time Technical Engineer position at EZSVS.

- Independently participate in real projects under the guidance of experienced professionals.

- Develop leadership and project management skills, laying the foundation for career development.

3. All jobseekers who are willing to enter the data center industry.

4. Proficiency in listening, speaking, reading and writing in both Chinese and English.
