Job Responsibilities

ERP System

Troubleshoot system errors and work with the ERP vendor team to resolve more complex issues.

Provide training and support to users of the ERP system. (Quarterly basis).

Create and maintain system documentation, including user guides and training materials.

Collaborate with vendors to ensure the ERP system integrates smoothly with other business systems.

Control the preparation of systems tests and evaluate their outcome to ensure that standards are maintained. (UAT, SIT).

Monitor the ERP system and ensure it is performing optimally and meeting business needs.

IT Operations & Infrastructure

Develop and manage the IT budget, monitor expenditures, and ensure cost-effective use of financial resources for IT projects and operations.

Plan, execute and monitor IT projects, including new system implementation, upgrades and migrations, ensuring they meet deadlines and objectives.

Developing new network troubleshooting strategies to help reduce downtime and decrease maintenance costs.

IT infrastructure management: Oversee and maintain networks, servers, hardware, software and end-user devices to identify and report system bugs and suggest system enhancements.

Engage and support the user department in introducing new procedures and train users to ensure these are implemented effectively with minimal disruption.

Able to read, analyze and interpret computer hardware and systems management technical manuals and procedures.

Manage and maintain all server infrastructure including physical and Hyper-V virtual servers.

Administration of all servers and storage infrastructure.

User account provisioning includes Microsoft 0365 infrastructure.

Manage and maintain all network infrastructure services ensuring security and protection of data on corporate network devices.

Vendor management: Manage contracts with IT vendors ensuring negotiating favourable terms, resolve problems and issues with hardware and software.

Inventory and software licensing to keep track of hardware inventory and ensure compliance with legal software requirements.

Propose and source for new technique/solution for overall PC and printer support.

Anti-Virus Administration-close monitoring and managing emergency outbreak response processes.

Create and enforce disaster recovery plans and security protocols.

Report and track technical issues and oversee the subscription management of the system.

Ensure the protection of information from accidental or unauthorized damage, removal or modification.

Analyze the structure and flow of the business work to identify possible application solutions or workflow.

Manage and maintain server-based applications running on the network including Active Directory Services.

Lead, mentor and evaluate IT team members, handling hiring, training and performance management to build a high performing team.

Any other duty & responsibility which the company may assign from time to time.Administration of all servers and storage infrastructure.
