Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an IT Manager based in Bayan Lepas. The IT Manager will oversee the IT infrastructure, manage teams of IT professionals, and ensure the reliable implementation and maintenance of IT systems. Responsibilities include monitoring network security, addressing technical concerns, collaborating with other departments to meet operational objectives, and optimizing IT processes to enhance efficiency and performance. The role also involves strategizing and implementing IT solutions to support the organization's goals in the dynamic semiconductor industry.

Job functions

• Manage, maintain and support MES and CIM systems and related projects in Assembly and Final Test facilities.
• Lead a team of Developers to develop and fulfill users applications change requests and integration requirements of MES and CIM systems.
• Lead a team of System Administrators to administer MES and CIM systems.
• Lead the team to support and troubleshoot issues arising from the MES and CIM systems and/or interfaces to other enterprise systems.
• Lead the team to work closely with other functional teams to provide seamless integration with other enterprise systems.
• Work closely with other functional teams to deliver customers and users IT requests in a timely manner.
• Provide relevant systems documentation.
