About this Role:

We are looking for an experienced IT Manager to lead our software development and deployment initiatives, oversee project implementation, and manage a dynamic technical team. The IT Manager will be responsible for delivering high-quality software solutions, driving continuous improvement in development processes, and ensuring system stability and integration across platforms. This role requires strong technical expertise, leadership skills, and the ability to balance people management with hands-on project oversight.

Job Responsibilities:

  1. Lead end-to-end software development and deployment across multiple platforms.
  2. Drive continuous improvement: troubleshoot, debug, and upgrade systems/apps.
  3. Enforce engineering quality via code/design reviews and standards.
  4. Identify risks/dependencies early and execute mitigation plans.
  5. Translate business/user needs into practical technical solutions and roadmaps.
  6. Define and improve development processes using agile best practices.
  7. Ensure stable system integration, compatibility, and performance.
  8. Plan, prioritize, and deliver projects; report status and changes to the HOD.
  9. Manage and grow the teammentoring, workload allocation, and performance reviews.
  10. Maintain clear project documentation and knowledge sharing; ensure compliance with company policies and industry standards.

Job Requirement:

  1. Possess at least a Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Actuarial Science, Mathematics, or other related fields.
  2. Proven track record in software engineering and successfully leading complex development projects.
  3. Strong technical expertise in development languages and frameworks such as Python, Java, AngularJS, and Spring Boot.
  4. Familiarity with C# is an advantage, with willingness to learn required.
  5. Excellent analytical, problem-solving, leadership, and communication skills.
  6. Responsive and accountable, with the ability to manage issues through to resolution.
