Manage end-to-end application life cycles, including regulator projects, from initiation to closure.
Ensure technical aspects of application and solution designs meet standards for performance, scalability, security, and supportability.
Establish and uphold policies and procedures for IT system implementation, operation, and management.
Review and ensure IT policies, standards, and procedures comply with regulations and guidelines.
Respond to emergencies and engage with vendors for external resource needs.
Work in collaborate with business stakeholders to understand the data requirement and needs, where applicable.
Carry out any other duties assigned by the Head of Department or Senior Management.
Job Requirements
A recognised Degree or Professional Qualification in Computer Science, Information Technology, or its equivalent.
Minimum of three (3) years IT experience in banking/ financial institutions.
Proficiency in general IT controls, applications control, and SQL. Familiarity with IT relevant rules and regulations in banking/ financial institutions will be an added advantage.
Strong analytical skills.
Good communication skills and computer literacy.
Capability in work independently and performing multiple tasks within tight schedules.
A good team player.
Proficient in spoken and written English and Mandarin.
