We are looking for an IT Network & Infrastructure Engineer to support the local IT and OT environment in our plant. You will install and maintain workstations, solve IT issues, manage tickets, support infrastructure systems, and work closely with corporate IT and other global teams to ensure stable and secure operations. In addition, you will play a key role in supporting the relocation of the plant to a new facility and take a leading role in designing and setting up the future IT infrastructure for the new site.
Your tasks
- Install, configure, and hand over PC workstations and IT end devices to users
- Provide 1st-level support for local IT and Operational Technology (OT) systems based on corporate standards
- Handle and document IT tickets using the corporate helpdesk system
- Analyze issues, perform troubleshooting, and escalate to 2nd level when necessary
- Support administration of LAN, WiFi, Windows servers, clients, and related systems
- Assist with Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, VMware, and other IT services
- Implement and ensure IT and OT security measures in the plant
- Participate in internal and external IT projects
- Collaborate closely with corporate IT and IT teams in other plants
- Support user onboarding/offboarding and provide IT introduction for new employees
- Support the plant relocation project and contribute to the design of the new site's IT infrastructure
Your Qualifications
- Degree in Information Technology or Computer Studies or equivalent
- Minimum 3 years of experience in IT or OT support, ideally in a production or manufacturing environment
- Experience with workplace and server administration (AD, DNS, DHCP, VMware)
- Basic understanding of LAN/WAN topology
- Strong customer and service orientation
- Structured, independent, and reliable working style with good teamwork skills
- Good English skills (spoken and written)
