Job Description
We are hiring for an IT business consulting and services IT Operations analyst role Work from Home and 12 months and extendable contract.
Job summary and responsibilities:
Responsible for managing multi-cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/Ali cloud/GCP) data centers and client operational plants in China mainland, HK& TW, SEA Southeast Asia.
Day-to-day operation management of Microsoft-related application systems, including AD/O365, DHCP, DNS/ADFS, AAD and self-visa certificates, supporting the launch of application system projects and handling IT issues. Troubleshoot and optimize application performance
Must be able to speak Mandarin and should be a Malaysian citizen.
