Keep the business moving - and make IT smarter with AI
If you like the idea that your work directly powers the company, you'll fit right in. Our 1,100+ endpoints (90% Mac / 10% Linux), on-prem servers, and state-of-the-art network across 4 continents rely on IT to stay fast, secure, and future-ready.
IT here isn't an afterthought it's a front-row seat. You'll get room to explore automation, AI-enabled workflows, SaaS tools, new hardware, and whatever's next. The IT Operations team is part of our larger Security team, so you'll work closely with security-minded people and help build systems that are secure by design-while learning a ton along the way.
And if you're thinking long-term, we offer ample career opportunities. Whether you want to grow deeper into IT Ops, Security Engineering, Cloud, Automation, Networking, or Architecture, there's space to develop and move.

The Honest Reality
This role sits at the intersection of IT and Security which means the bar is high. You'll be expected to keep things running while also making them better. The work can be reactive, but the expectation is that you'll use that experience to build systems that reduce the noise over time.
