As we expand globally, we're looking for a passionate IT Presales Consultant to ensure our products are rock-solid, high-performing, and user-friendly.
Responsibilities
- System Testing & Quality Assurance: Conduct system testing to identify and report bugs while ensuring validated functionalities align with prospect requirements for seamless demonstrations and presentations.
- System Setup & Data Preparation: Configure and set up systems with structured and meaningful data tailored to the prospect's industry to ensure proper alignment with expected use cases.
- Mock Screen & UI Design: Create mock screens and UI designs using tools like Adobe XD, Canva, or other relevant software to assist in designing user-friendly interfaces for demonstrations and presentations.
- Product & Solution Videos: Develop customized product and solution videos using AI video makers when required while maintaining an updated presales video library with relevant content.
- Meeting Documentation & Coordination: Record and prepare meeting minutes, ensuring accurate documentation of discussions and action points before distributing them to the Presales Consultant and relevant stakeholders.
- Tender Compilation & Submission Assistance: Assist in compiling, organizing, and ensuring accurate completion of tender documents (RFP/RFI/RFQ) for timely submission.
- Presales Documentation & Updates: Assist in creating, updating, and maintaining presales documents such as presentations, proposals, and technical write-ups in an organized repository for quick access.
Qualifications and Required Skills
- Bachelor's degree in IT or any related field.
- Basic understanding of CRM, contact center operations, or enterprise software solutions is a plus.
- Familiarity with design tools such as Adobe XD or Canva.
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail in documentation and testing.
- Proficient in English and Bahasa Malaysia with good written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
- Willingness to learn and adapt to new tools, technologies, and industry trends.
- Strong time management skills to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
