CORE Responsibilities
- Business Requirement Analysis & Transfer
- Convert high-level business requirement, process intotechnical action plans
- Define clear deliverables: Epics, user stories, process flowcharts
- Pain point identificationand resolution through stakeholder communication.
- System Process & Solution Design
- E2E process mapping(as-is/to-be states, gap analysis)
- Design scalable solutions forcross-system integration(ERP/CRM/data platforms)
- Prototype validation with tools like Figma/Axure.
- Agile-Centric Delivery
- Prioritize backlogs usingagile model
- Executesprint-driven development(2-3 week cycles)
Key Requirement:
✔Hard Skills
- 1- 5 years in business analysis withcomplex system solutionexperience.
- Proficiency in JIRA/Confluence (backlog refinement), Visio/PPT(process design, presentation), SQL
- Fluent English is a must, Mandarin will be a plus.
- Fresh graduates are welcome to apply!

- Simplify technical jargon for non-tech audiences
- Prioritize under tight deadlines
- Sales domain expertise (PC sales ecosystem preferred)
- In house system design and delivery experience.
