Lead system-related projects from planning to implementation and delivery.

Gather business requirements and recommend suitable technology solutions.

Liaise with business stakeholders, IT teams and vendors to ensure project objectives are met.

Manage project timelines, budgets, resources and deliverables.

Identify project risks and issues, and recommend solutions.

Coordinate project meetings, track action items and follow up on outstanding tasks.

Manage User Acceptance Testing (UAT) to ensure systems meet business requirements.

Support business applications and system operations to ensure smooth daily operations.
