IT Project Manager

Description

We are seeking an experienced IT Project Manager to lead our projects in Southeast Asia. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of managing IT projects and ensuring successful delivery. This role requires strong leadership skills, a deep understanding of project management methodologies, and the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage IT projects from initiation to closure, ensuring timely delivery within budget.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and define project scope.
• Develop project plans, timelines, and resource allocation strategies.
• Monitor project progress and performance, implementing necessary changes to ensure success.
• Communicate project status, risks, and issues to stakeholders and senior management.
• Facilitate project meetings and documentation, ensuring all stakeholders are aligned and informed.
• Identify and mitigate project risks, ensuring adherence to best practices and methodologies.

Skills and Qualifications

• 5-10 years of experience in IT project management or a related field.
• Must be from Banking domain experience.
• Must have hands on experience in software development.
• Strong understanding of project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Scrum, Waterfall).
• Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., Microsoft Project, JIRA, Trello).
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with diverse teams.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities to address project challenges.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize tasks effectively.
• Familiarity with software development processes and IT infrastructure.
