HIRING: IT PROJECT MANAGER (PMP/SCRUM CERTIFIED)

Are you a strategic IT Project Manager who can balance the rigor of Waterfall governance with the speed of Agile delivery We are looking for a certified leader to join our team in Damansara Uptown, PJ!

As an IT PM, you will oversee high-impact ICT projects, lead cross-functional teams, and ensure seamless delivery from inception through to UAT and deployment.

Role Overview:

• Location: Damansara Uptown, Petaling Jaya (Onsite)

• Notice Period: Immediate or < 30 days preferred.

Your Core Mission:

• End-to-End Delivery: Manage scope, schedule, and budget for multiple interdependent workstreams.
• Agile Leadership: Facilitate Scrum ceremonies, remove impediments, and coach teams on Agile best practices.
• Project Governance: Oversee Change Management, SAT, SIT, and UAT cycles while maintaining strict project documentation standards.
• Stakeholder & Vendor Management: Act as the bridge between senior leadership and external suppliers to ensure high-quality delivery.
• Strategic Planning: Collaborate with Product Owners on backlog management and project post-mortems.

What We Are Looking For:

• Education: Bachelor's Degree in IT or a related field.
• Experience: Minimum 4 years in software project management and implementation.
• Certifications:PMP or Scrum Master (CSM/PSM) is mandatory.
• Niche Knowledge: Prior experience in ITSM, ITAM, or ITOM deployment is highly preferred.
• Methodology: Proficiency in both Waterfall and Agile methodologies.
