What You Will Do
- Your first project will be the implementation of the MDR (Master Data Request) application in China, part of the Connect PPG program supporting SAP S/4HANA rollout at PPG.
- Lead the end-to-end delivery of small, medium, and large IT projects, ensuring success from planning to execution.
- Define clear project goals and success criteria aligned with business and/or Master Data strategies.
- Apply structured frameworks for scheduling, resource allocation, budget management, and risk mitigation.
- Present project updates and insights to senior stakeholders at an executive level.
- Manage relationships with external IT vendors, actively coordinating work planning for the design, build, and test phases of the projects.
What We Are Looking For
- Fluent in English with excellent communication skills.
- 5+ years of project management experience, ideally in SAP, Data, or MDM environments.
- Strong knowledge of project management strategies, methodologies, and best practices.
- Experience with project management tools such as Smartsheet, Azure DevOps, HP ALM, or Microsoft Project.
- Proven ability to deliver projects on time, within scope, and on budget.
- ERP implementation experience is a plus.
- PMP certification is a plus.
- Willingness to travel abroad occasionally (13 times per year).
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining high quality.
Bonus Points If You Have
- Experience building entry systems for material and customer Master Data.
- Knowledge of SAP BTP and MDM Informatica.
