Minimum 5–8 years of experience in IT project management
Project Management Tools Proficiency – Skilled in using tools such as JIRA, Microsoft Project, Confluence, or equivalent for planning, tracking, and reporting.
Technical Understanding – Good knowledge of IT systems, SDLC (Software Development Life Cycle), infrastructure, and integration concepts to effectively manage technical projects.
Risk and Issue Management – Strong ability to identify, assess, and mitigate project risks, ensuring timely escalation and resolution.
Vendor and Contract Management – Experience in managing external vendors, negotiating deliverables, and ensuring service level compliance.
Change Management – Capable of managing organizational and system changes with minimal disruption to business operations.
Analytical and Problem-Solving Skills – Ability to analyze complex project issues and propose effective, timely solutions.
Leadership and Team Coordination – Demonstrates strong leadership, decision-making, and interpersonal skills to manage cross-functional teams.
Communication and Stakeholder Management – Excellent written and verbal communication
