Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Manage full project lifecycle (initiation to closure)
Lead multiple workstreams, vendors, and cross-functional teams
Handle project scope, risks, dependencies, and escalations
Ensure compliance with audit, regulatory, and governance standards
Drive SIT, UAT, performance testing, and release management
Monitor project progress, financials, and stakeholder reporting
Ensure system stability, SLA adherence, and incident resolution

Required Skills & Experience:

10+ years in IT Project Management / IT Operations
Strong experience in end-to-end project delivery
Experience in solution design, application support, and infrastructure projects
Good knowledge of server setup, networking, automation, storage, backup, and database management
Exposure to Java-based application environments
Experience in incident, problem, and change management (ITIL)
Strong stakeholder and vendor management skills
Experience in banking / financial services domain preferred
PMP / ITIL certification is a plus
