It Project Manager

• This role is responsible for managing plans and overseeing IT projects for systems that cut across many applications and IT platform. Oversee the overall delivery performance of Project and monitor progress of projects versus projects scopes, timeline and budget, at the same time analyse business requirements, project issues, translating business requirements into technical requirements. Handling the project and required to work hand in hand with other IT applications Lead and project teams for the completion of the project.

• Familiar with various project management tools (e.g. Microsoft Project).

• Posses analytical and strategic with a track record of success in delivering results within a large complex organization.

• Must have strong leadership and people management skills; ability to influence, organizational ability and time management.

• Embody the organisation culture and aligns and support of organisation vision and mission.

• Excellent interpersonal, written and communication skills. 

• Highly result oriented and can work independently.

• Demonstrates ability to build relationships and work well with peers from both business and technology stakeholders and interact effectively with internal and external parties.

• Ability to plan and prioritise work / projects in the team.

• Display good leadership qualities, high commitment and drive to complete the assignment.

• Ability to coach/mentor other technical team members and to perform multiple tasks simultaneously whilst working under tight deadlines.

• Ability to communicate architectural direction to management as well as balancing theory and practicality.

• Strong analytical and able to make decisions, exhibit sound and accurate judgment when tackling issues.

• Has banking domain knowledge; having background knowledge or experience in the transformation projects will be an added advantage
