JOB DESCRIPTION Prepare meeting agenda in advance and document thorough meeting minutes within the same day of meeting. Manage relationships and coordinate work between different teams at different locations.
Manage relationships with all vendors and sub-contractors. Ensure that the project team follows all quality assurance processes, including periodic reviews and transitions.
Ensure all project gate documents, e.g. BRD, FSD, SIT, UAT, Closure, etc., are signed off by the corresponding stakeholders.
- REQUIRED SKILLS & EXPERIENCES
3 or more years of PMO / Project Management experience in relevant industry experience.
- Delivered medium and/or large scale projects from project inception through the entire project life cycle
- Possess strong business & technical subject matter knowledge.
- Experience handling projects with many stakeholders and applications is a must.
- Candidate must have strong communication skills.
- Must be organized, able to work with minimal supervision, flexible to switch and work on different projects and manage them in a timely manner. -
Experience in Agile delivery will be an advantage.
