Experience: 35 years

Key Requirements:

able to Manage Test managers and work upon Delivery.

Degree in IT, Computer Science, or a related technical discipline

35 years of experience managing IT / software delivery projects

Strong project tracking and execution governance (plan vs actuals, risks, issues, dependencies)

Ability to rigorously follow up on tasks, actions, and commitments across teams

Experience handling multiple stakeholders (technical teams, QA, business, vendors, management)

Basic understanding of end-to-end testing, UAT cycles, and defect management

Ability to drive regular project meetings, status updates, and clear reporting

Strong communication, coordination, and ownership mindset

Ability to quickly acquire domain and project knowledge and adapt to fast-moving environments

Nice to Have:

Exposure to enterprise or telco IT projects

Experience with Agile / hybrid delivery models
