We are seeking an experienced IT Project Manager to join our team in Southeast Asia. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing and delivering various IT projects, ensuring that they align with our business objectives and are completed on time and within budget.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage IT projects from initiation to closure, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to quality standards.
• Develop detailed project plans, including scope, timeline, resources, and budget.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to gather requirements and manage expectations.
• Monitor project progress, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies as needed.
• Conduct regular project meetings, status updates, and reporting to stakeholders.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and industry standards throughout the project lifecycle.
• Facilitate communication between technical and non-technical teams.

Skills and Qualifications

• 8-10 years of experience in IT project management or related field.
• Proficiency in project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall).
• Strong understanding of software development life cycle (SDLC) and IT service management (ITSM).
• Experience with project management tools (e.g., JIRA, Trello, Microsoft Project).
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to manage stakeholder relationships.
• Ability to lead and motivate teams towards achieving project goals.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Relevant certifications (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2, Scrum Master) are highly preferred.
