Key Responsibilities
o Manage the full-cycle recruiting process, from sourcing to onboarding, ensuring a seamless candidate experience.
o Act as a strategic recruiting advisor, providing data-driven insights and recommendations to hiring managers.
o Develop and execute recruiting strategies to attract top-tier candidates in a competitive market.
o Leverage deep knowledge of the tech industry, market trends, and in-demand skill sets to source and engage top talent effectively.
o Build and nurture relationships with tech communities, universities, and industry partners to create sustainable talent pipelines.
o Partner closely with internal stakeholders, including HR and Business Leaders, to align hiring needs with business objectives.
o Ensure compliance with fair employment practices and company policies.
o Drive employer branding initiatives to enhance the company's reputation as an employer of choice
Profile Requirements:
Able to start immediately or within a month
Must have at least 3 years E2E tech recruitment experience (will be great if any Microsoft tech relative),
Good to have: Bilingual speaker in English and Chinese, proactively work with stakeholders, good communication with candidates and know how to manage HM & candidate expectation.
