We are seeking a dedicated and motivated IT Recruiter to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and selecting top-tier IT talent to meet our organization's staffing needs. You will collaborate closely with hiring managers to understand their requirements and create a seamless recruitment experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with hiring managers to define job requirements and develop targeted recruitment strategies.
- Source candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, networking events, and referrals.
- Screen resumes and conduct initial phone interviews to assess candidates qualifications and fit.
- Coordinate and schedule interviews, ensuring a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
- Maintain an up-to-date database of candidates and track recruitment metrics to evaluate effectiveness.
- Build and maintain relationships with potential candidates and industry professionals.
- Stay informed about industry trends and competitive landscape to better attract talent.
- Assist in the development of job descriptions and recruitment marketing materials.
- Participate in job fairs and recruitment events as needed.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (or equivalent experience).
- Proven 3+ experience as an IT Recruiter or similar role, preferably in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong understanding of IT roles, technologies, and the recruitment landscape.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficient in using applicant tracking systems and recruitment software.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Ability to work collaboratively and build relationships across all levels of the organization.
