IT Recruiter (Singapore / Malaysia)

We are looking for an experienced IT Recruiter to join our team in Southeast Asia. The role requires strong expertise in sourcing and hiring top IT talent, especially through headhunting and networking.

Key Responsibilities:

• Source, screen, and interview candidates for IT roles across Singapore and Malaysia
• Actively use headhunting, Boolean search, references, and personal networks (not just job portals)
• Build and maintain a strong pipeline of quality candidates
• Work closely with account managers to understand hiring needs
• Conduct reference checks and support the hiring process end-to-end
• Stay updated on market trends and competitor hiring practices

Requirements:

• 46 years of IT recruitment experience in Singapore / Malaysia
• Strong understanding of IT roles and technologies
• Strong network of local candidates
• Strong skills in headhunting, Boolean search, and closing candidates
• Familiar with employment practices in Southeast Asia
