IT Sales Manager

l Identify, pursue, and manage tender opportunities, contracts, and business leads in IT products and services
l Conduct client needs analysis and recommend tailored IT solutions
l Build and maintain strong relationships with agencies, clients, and key stakeholders
l Keep up with market trends, competitor activity, and procurement policies to inform strategic decisions
l Represent the company at client meetings, briefings, and industry events
l Lead end-to-end tender processes including preparation, documentation, submission, and follow-up
l Coordinate with technical, finance, and operations teams to ensure proposals are complete, compliant, and competitive
l Maintain accurate records of sales activity, pipelines, and outcomes
Requirementsl Diploma or Degree in Business, Marketing, IT, Computer Science, or related disciplines
l 2–5 years of experience in direct sales - IT business development, tender management, or solution sales
l Proven track record in securing contracts and achieving sales targets independently
l Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
l Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities under tight deadlines
l Strong knowledge of IT products and services including:
- IT System Integration: Network Infrastructure, Server, Firewall, Wireless
- Outsourced IT support
- WiFi design and implementation
l Own transport and willingness to travel within the Klang Valley
