Responsibilities:
Developer will be responsible for all types of standard Salesforce Development and customization. This includes coding, unit testing, building applications, and creating and modifying existing applications. This position will work alongside Salesforce Administrators and other teams within Information technology such as Data Engineering and Infrastructure.
Responsibilities
- To build Salesforce applications using Apex and Visualforce and leverage the full capabilities of the Salesforce platform
- Create/modify existing controllers, controller extensions, and triggers across all platforms.
- Develop highly interactive Ul using Visualforce, JavaScript and Query technologies.
- Develop custom applications using Salesforce. com and integrating salesforce.com with other systems
- Utilize best practices to perform operational support, enhancements, bug fixes as needed to the Salesforce.com platform
- Responsible in Migration from Sandbox (Testing Environment) to Production (Live System))
- To perform configuration and customization of the Salesforce.com platform.
- Enhancement of Standard & Custom Module within Salesforce.com Platform
- Meet with users to determine functional and technical requirements and participate in application design, configuration, testing and deployment
- Proactively engage on continuous improvement efforts for application design, support, and practice development efforts.
- Provide technical assistance and end user troubleshooting for bug fixes, enhancements, and
how-to assistance.
- Manage Salesforce Omni-Channel configurations for efficient case assignment and routing.
- Act as a point of escalation for any technical support and issue resolution.
Requirements
- Preferably at least 3 years of Salesforce Developer experience with Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Engineering or related technical field
- 3+ years of hands-on experience with Salesforce development, including Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components, and demonstrated experience with Agent force, WhatsApp and Omni-Channel.
- Proficiency with Salesforce.com development including modification of standard objects and fields and creation of custom objects and fields
- Experience in Salesforce Sales & Service Cloud and Marketing Cloud
- Apex, Flow and Visualforce development, design, configuration, testing and deployment of Salesforce.com solutions
