IT Senior Engineer (Semiconductor Industry)

Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain internal network and communication systems (VPN, wireless AP, firewalls).
• Install, configure, and troubleshoot hardware/software (PCs, printers, projectors, etc.).
• Manage conferencing systems and web-based communication tools.
• Administer network services (VPN, DHCP, IP routing, internet access permissions).
• Set up and manage employee email accounts and access controls.
• Support weak current systems (telephony, access control, surveillance).
• Perform system updates, cybersecurity measures, and virus protection.
• Inspect IT facilities and manage IT assets throughout their lifecycle.
• Coordinate with departments and vendors on IT projects and maintenance.
• Assist management with IT-related business or compliance matters.

Requirements:

• Degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field.
• Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in IT support or network administration.
• Proficiency in Mandarin with strong written and verbal communication skills. (To effectively deal with China management)
• Must be willing to work inPasir Gudang, Johor
