As the IT Service Catalogue & Introduction Analyst, you will be responsible for ensuring that IT Service Strategy coming via the PMO and Service Improvements is mapped and designed in partnership with the business to ensure the delivery meets the business objectives and delivers value.
The role will be responsible for the introduction of new services within the JMIT IT Service Management framework in coordination with the IT Service Owner and Architecture, considering key artifacts such as Key Performance Indicators, Service Agreements and Availability Plan. In addition, ensuring that we have a well designed and managed Service and Service Request Catalogues and defined Service Offerings.

Your responsibilities:
Designing Services for Delivery (Projects) independently to deliver to strategy
Contribute towards the ongoing improvement of broader IT Service Management policies the Introduction, Request and Knowledge processes are dependent on, such as but not exclusively Monitoring & Demand Management, Decommissioning, Continuity Management, Asset Management and Service Level & Availability Management.
Working collaboratively with other JMIT teams to build a Service/User orientated approach to Service.
Present factual recommendations accurately to Senior IT Managers (Application / Platform Owners and Heads of) considering risks the Catalogue and Introduction practice is accountable for avoiding.
Responsible for the definition, development, and ongoing improvement of the JMIT Service Request Catalogue within the design stage of a service, as well as in production (Continual Improvement).
Accountable for operating within the Service Introduction, Knowledge and Request processes and responsible for guiding compliance to other policies the creation of new may impact.
Requirements for the role:
Experience in service design / transition or service delivery
ITIL Foundation v3+ or higher
Excel, SharePoint, Visual Basic and Power BI skills
Experience of communicating clearly with a range of people at different levels of the organisation and communicate technical issues using a range of styles, tools and techniques.How you will be rewarded:
