Description

We are seeking an experienced IT Service Delivery Coordinator with a focus on Azure DevOps to join our team for a 6-month contract in Southeast Asia. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in IT service delivery, project coordination, and a deep understanding of Azure DevOps practices.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate IT service delivery for Azure DevOps initiatives in Southeast Asia.
• Act as the primary point of contact for project stakeholders and team members.
• Manage timelines, deliverables, and ensure adherence to project plans and standards.
• Facilitate communication between technical teams and business units to ensure requirements are met.
• Monitor and report on project progress, risks, and issues, providing solutions as necessary.
• Assist in the development and implementation of service delivery processes and best practices.

Skills and Qualifications

• 3-10 years of experience in IT service delivery or project coordination, specifically with Azure DevOps.
• Strong understanding of Azure DevOps tools and methodologies, including CI/CD pipelines.
• Proficiency in project management tools and methodologies (e.g., Agile, Scrum).
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage effectively with stakeholders.
• Problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure to meet deadlines.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
