Key Responsibilities
- End-to-End Usability Testing: Lead the entire usability lifecycle, including recruiting participants, writing test scripts, moderating sessions, and synthesizing findings into clear reports.
- Mixed-Methods Research: Design and execute both qualitative (interviews, ethnography) and quantitative (surveys, card sorting) studies to answer complex product questions.
- Independent Project Management: Take ownership of research projects from the initial stakeholder kickoff through to the final presentation of insights.

Experience & Requirements
- Experience: 24 years of professional experience in UX Research, with a portfolio that demonstrates your ability to lead projects independently.
- Methodological Rigor: Deep knowledge of research methodologies and a clear understanding of when to use which tool (and why).
- Technical Proficiency: Familiarity with research tools (e.g., UserTesting, Dovetail, Hotjar, Figma) and survey platforms.
- Communication: Strong storytelling skills; you should be able to present data in a way that is persuasive and easy for non-researchers to digest.
- Education: A degree in HCI, Psychology, Sociology, Anthropology, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).
