The IT Specialist – Application Support is responsible for providing Level 2 and Level 3 support for business-critical applications, particularly RPA solutions, Kube365 Workflow, and Microsoft Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, and Power BI). The role focuses on ensuring application availability, stability, performance, and user satisfaction by managing incidents, service requests, troubleshooting, enhancements, deployments, and continuous improvement initiatives.

Key Responsibilities
- Provide L2/L3 application support, monitoring, troubleshooting, and incident resolution.
- Manage application incidents, root cause analysis, problem management, and service restoration activities.
- Support application releases, patches, upgrades, testing, and change management processes.
- Monitor and support RPA bots, Kube365 workflows, Power Apps, Power Automate flows, and Power BI reports.
- Troubleshoot workflow failures, automation issues, integrations, permissions, data discrepancies, and performance concerns.
- Work closely with business users, vendors, developers, and infrastructure teams to resolve issues and improve services.
- Maintain technical documentation, knowledge articles, support procedures, and operational runbooks.
- Contribute to continuous improvement, automation, and operational efficiency initiatives.
- 3–6 years of experience in Application Support, AMS, Managed Services, or Production Support environments.
- Experience supporting enterprise applications in SLA-driven environments.
- Exposure to workflow automation, low-code platforms, reporting tools, and business process automation.
- Experience collaborating with business stakeholders, technical teams, and external vendors.
- Microsoft Power Platform: Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI, SharePoint, Dataverse.
- Workflow & Automation: Kube365 Workflow, RPA concepts, bot monitoring, workflow configuration.
- Service Management: Incident, Problem, Change, Release, Request, and Knowledge Management.
- Technical Foundations: ITSM tools, Microsoft 365, SQL fundamentals, APIs, integrations, and data analysis.
- ITIL Foundation
- Microsoft Power Platform Certifications (PL-900, PL-200, PL-400)
- RPA Platform Certifications
- SLA achievement and service performance
- Incident resolution and Mean Time to Resolve (MTTR)
