Responsibilities
Maintain Java-based Lenovo business applications, ensuring the stability, performance, and availability.
Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve technical issues within SLA.
With a particular technical skills on Java,middleware,SQL query etc.
Has the ability to debug code to address complex system problems and performance bootlenecks.
Work closely with internal and external customers to understand their needs, providing excellent customer - focused support, and ensuring high quality service delivery.
Work closely with cross-functional teams, including frontend developers, QA engineers, and DevOps teams.
Participate in system improvement projects, contribute innovative ideas, and implement best practices to optimize system performance and user experience.
Create and record technical documentation and operation documents.
Farmilar with AI technology is preferred.
Requirements
Computer Science related major, Bachelor or above degree.
A minimum of 4 years of relevant work experience in system operation and maintenance, preferably within the sales domain.
Strong expertise in Java, kafka,SQL query technology debugging, with the ability to analyze code, identify bugs, and implement effective solutions, developer is preferred
Familiarity with related technologies and tools is a plus.
Fluent English and intermediate Chinese as working language
Strong sense of responsibility and ambitious and good team cooperation and communication
