IT Staff Engineer (SAP IBP / APO)

Job Description:

• Must have 5+ years of experience in SAP IBP/APO DP, SNP and PPDS
• Must have experience in the areas of SAP IBP, specifically different Planning Algorithms, Optimization, Heuristics,
• Forecasting techniques etc. Working Knowledge of IBP Modules (S&OP, Demand, Supply)
• CPI/SDI knowledge for integration is needed.
• APO experience for 2years in GATP, SNP is must.
• The SAP IBP consultant will be responsible for the blueprint, design, implementation, testing, and go-live phase of customer implementation.
• Ability to communicate and work well in a cross-functional team environment and in the offshore/onsite model
• Ability to communicate complex problems and issues in a concise manner (oral/written) to customers, peers and higher management is required.
• Proven ability to manage multiple tasks within tight timeframes while maintaining a high degree of accuracy and attention to detail.
• Experience as a lead consultant in at least two end to end SAP IBP implementation implementations
• Ability to guide Middle ware Applications for Time Series and Order Series data in CPI-DS environment by providing
• Functional and Technical Specification Documents
• Ability to work with SAP and other Stakeholders to evaluate System Performance metrics
• Knowledge and understanding in S4HANA Modules like PP, SD and MM for Execution Planning and make seamless
• Integration with IBP modules Demand, Supply and Inventory Planning

Requirements:

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or equivalent.
• Working knowledge in SAP APO process from Demand Planning, Supply Planning, S&OP, MRP, DRP, and Supply Chain Master Data.
• Interfacing experience with R/3.
• Experience with handling CIF issues needed.
• Master Data Validation with APO & R/3. (Product, Location, Resources, Production process model & Product Data Structure).
• Understanding of DS tools in PPDS work & help businesses in day-to-day functioning is expected.
• Statistical forecast profiles, Optimizer profile adjustment, or variants or parameters of background jobs programs as identified.
• Basic Knowledge on Global Available to Promise ATP& GATP.
• To correct APO availability check, so that deliveries (for sales as well as Stock transfer order) can be created.
• Experience in ticket handling tools like Service Now and Solution manager.
