IT Support Analyst

Overview

We are seeking a driven professional with 12 years of experience in IT or application support who is ready to take the next step in their career. This role offers the opportunity to build specialist expertise in supporting business-critical applications within a structured and supportive environment. Working closely with experienced consultants, you will gain exposure to advanced systems and operational technology while developing the skills needed to become a trusted application support professional. (Please note that this position follows UK business hours)

What You'll Do

• Provide day-to-day support for business applications, ensuring they run smoothly and issues are resolved in a timely manner.
• Assist with application updates, configurations, and system documentation under the guidance of experienced team members.
• Learn to work with PRISM, a specialized application which helps monitor and manage data from sensors and control systems.
• Collaborate with colleagues to deliver high-quality support services across IT and operational systems.
• Gain exposure to networking, SCADA systems, and databases as you develop in the role.

What You'll Bring

• 12 years of experience in IT, application support, or a related field (fresh graduates with strong internship experience are welcome to apply).
• Strong English proficiency (CEFR C1 or MUET Band 4 and above).
• Attention to detail and willingness to learn complex concepts.
• Problem-solving skills and logical thinking.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Excel, Windows/Linux, or databases is an advantage, but not essential.
• A positive, collaborative attitude and eagerness to develop professionally.
