About the Role
We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented IT support Engineer / Service Coordinator to join our Healthcare IT team. The successful candidate will be supporting the implementation, installation, configuration, data migration and project management of Healthcare IT and AI solutions across hospitals and healthcare institutions.

Key Responsibilities
- Execute end-to-end project implementation for Healthcare IT and AI solutions, including installation, integration and testing. Perform system setup, configuration, and data migration activities.
- Support on-site and remote deployment, technical troubleshooting and post-installation support when required
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams (application specialists, engineers and customers) to ensure successful project delivery.
- Assist in project documentation, service management, progress tracking and reporting to ensure timely completion.
- Participate in customer training and system handover.
- Ensure compliance with IT security, privacy, and healthcare data standards.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Networking, Engineering, or related fields.
- 1–3 years of working experience in services, IT project implementation, system integration or similar roles.
- Fresh graduates with strong technical aptitude and willingness to learn are encouraged to apply.
- Good analytical and communication skills.
