Job Description

  • Maintaining it infrastructures, troble shooting and rectifing problem of all related hardwars and applications, ensuring smooth operation and high avallability.
  • Responsible in managing servers , networking, antivirus securityand firewall system.
  • Responsible for managing backup. restoreand replication of server images.
  • Diagnosing, troubleshooting and solving hardwareand software issues of faults and liaise with external ITvendors from time to time.
  • Provide End - User computing support for PC desktop and business applications.
  • Assist in user support on business applications.
  • Liasing with IT vendors on hardware and software maintenance, software licensing.

Basic Knowledge

  • Good knowledge of current technological trends including LAN, WAN, Internet, Network Security and VirtualMachines Environment.
  • Hands- on Experience with Windows/Linux OS Environments.
  • Hands-OnExperienceIn Troubleshooting, Maintain and support computer, network, serverand peripherals problem.
