We're looking for a dedicated and proactive IT Support Engineer (Night Shift) to be stationed full-time at our client's site, who is a global leader in medical technology. You will be part of a high-performing on-site support team, and your mission is to ensure prompt and professional resolution of IT issues while maintaining operational excellence in support delivery.
What You'll Be Doing:
- Provide front-line technical support for hardware, software, network, and system issues.
- Troubleshoot and resolve user IT support requests efficiently in line with agreed SLAs.
- Escalate complex issues to the Team Leader or relevant departments when necessary.
- Assist with implementing IT best practices and contribute ideas for process improvements.
- Collaborate with team members and stakeholders to ensure smooth IT operations.
- Maintain accurate documentation of incidents, support actions, and asset records.
- Support internal IT projects and initiatives as directed by the Team Leader.
- Stay current with relevant technologies and actively pursue skills development.
What We're Looking For:
- Diploma or Degree in IT, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Preferably possess hands-on IT support experience (fresh grads with strong internship exposure are welcome).
- Troubleshooting skills in Windows OS, Office 365, network connectivity, and common end-user applications.
- Good interpersonal and communication skills you're friendly, helpful, and patient.
- Ability to work independently on-site while staying aligned with the broader team.
- Willingness to continuously learn and adapt in a dynamic environment.
