Job Description

  • Provide onsite support to office-based users, hardware, software, network etc.
  • Combination of onboarding/offboarding users computer deployment, recycling and formatting. OS building, Desktop and laptop support.
  • Assist IT Support Specialist for IT Asset Inventory Maintenance.
  • Other assigned related tasks.

Key Skills

  • To be considered for this role you will require:
  • Basicabilityinoralandwritten English and Chinese.
  • General understanding in configuration of LAN & WAN networking principles.
  • Excellent customer service skills.
  • Experience in OS Establishment.
  • Qualified Office 365 user.
