Job Description
- Provide onsite support to office-based users, hardware, software, network etc.
- Combination of onboarding/offboarding users computer deployment, recycling and formatting. OS building, Desktop and laptop support.
- Assist IT Support Specialist for IT Asset Inventory Maintenance.
- Other assigned related tasks.
Key Skills
- To be considered for this role you will require:
- Basic ability in oral and written English and Chinese.
- General understanding in configuration of LAN & WAN networking principles.
- Excellent customer service skills.
- Experience in OS Establishment.
- Qualified Office 365 user.
