We are seeking an experienced IT Support professional to join our team in Southeast Asia. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in providing technical support and troubleshooting IT issues, ensuring that our systems run smoothly and efficiently.
Responsibilities
- Provide technical support to end-users for hardware and software issues.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot IT problems in a timely manner.
- Install, configure, and maintain IT equipment including computers, printers, and peripherals.
- Manage user accounts and permissions in various systems.
- Document issues and solutions in a ticketing system for future reference.
- Assist in the deployment of new software and hardware solutions.
- Train users on new technologies and best practices for IT usage.
- Collaborate with IT team members on projects and system upgrades.
Skills and Qualifications
- 3-10 years of experience in IT support or a related field.
- Strong knowledge of operating systems (Windows, macOS, Linux).
- Experience with troubleshooting hardware and software issues.
- Familiarity with network configurations and protocols.
- Proficient in using ticketing systems and remote support tools.
- Good understanding of cybersecurity principles and practices.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
