Description

We are seeking an IT Support professional to join our team. This role is ideal for freshers or entry-level candidates who are eager to start their career in IT support.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical support to end-users via phone, email, and in-person.
• Troubleshoot hardware and software issues on various devices.
• Assist in the installation and configuration of computer systems and applications.
• Maintain and manage IT inventory including hardware and software licenses.
• Document and track support requests using ticketing systems.
• Perform regular maintenance on IT systems to ensure optimal performance.
• Assist in user training and provide guidance on IT best practices.

Skills and Qualifications

• Strong understanding of computer systems, mobile devices, and other tech products.
• Proficiency in Windows and Mac operating systems.
• Familiarity with network configurations and troubleshooting.
• Basic knowledge of common software applications, including Microsoft Office Suite.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work under pressure.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
