About the Role:
We are looking for an IT Support Specialist to join our team and ensure the smooth operation of our internal IT infrastructure. In this role, you will be responsible for providing daily technical support to end-users, managing IT assets, and maintaining the stability and security of our office network and systems.
Job Responsibilities:
- Manage daily IT support tasks, including the deployment, configuration, and procurement of software and hardware.
- Perform troubleshooting for Windows and MacOS operating systems, assisting users with system and application issues.
- Maintain network equipment such as routers, switches, and firewalls (including VPN) to ensure stable network operations.
- Configure and support office equipment, including CCTV, printers, and projectors.
- Assist with data backup and recovery processes in coordination with the security department.
- Conduct regular inspections and preventative maintenance on IT equipment.
- Support the onboarding process for new employees with IT setup and training.
- Create and maintain Standard Operating Procedure (SOP) documentation.
- Manage and resolve IT support tickets, ensuring timely follow-up and solutions for user feedback.
- Track and manage IT assets, monitoring the usage of hardware and software resources.
- Handle other tasks as assigned by management.
Job Requirements:
- 1 year of experience in IT support or technical support.
- Proficient in resolving daily hardware, software, and network issues.
- Strong problem-solving skills and excellent communication abilities.
- Capable of working efficiently under pressure.
- Proficient Tools:
- Windows Server, Windows OS, MacOS, iOS, Android.
- Office productivity software (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Network diagnostic commands (Ping, Nslookup, Putty).
- Remote desktop software.
Good to Have:
- Practical experience with the M365 Admin Portal.
- Practical experience with L2/L3 switches and firewalls.
