IT Support

The Role

Be the frontline of our reliable technical support team. You will manage customer requests through our helpdesk system, organizing tickets to improve response times and boost satisfaction. Your goal is to ensure our clients experience the seamless, enterprise-grade security and support that Prosperity River is known for.

Requirements

• Majoring in Information Technology, Computer Systems, or a related field.
• Proficiency in technical troubleshooting and providing quality customer care.
• Fresh graduates are welcome; candidates with working experience are a plus.

• Competitive Salary: RM 2,500 – RM 3,500.
• Fresh Graduate Pathway: 6-month probation with a RM 2,000 allowance; if you pass, you will be offered a permanent staff position with permanent salary and benefits.

Must Have

• Bachelor Degree or Higher
• Passion for software products
• Perfect written English
• Highly creative and autonomous
• Valid work permit for Malaysia
  
  

Nice to have

• Experience in writing online content
• Additional languages
• Google Adwords experience
