Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for an IT Support Technician located in Petaling Jaya. The IT Support Technician will be responsible for providing technical support, troubleshooting desktop computers, supporting printers, and repairing computers.
Qualifications
- Technical Support and Troubleshooting skills
- Desktop Computers and Printer Support skills
- Experience in Computer Repair
- Excellent problem-solving abilities
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to work well in a team environment
- Relevant IT certifications would be a plus
- Associate's degree in IT or related field
